Return Policy

First and foremost, we want your horse to have a UV protective mask that fits so that it can do the job it was designed to do. If you suspect your mask does not fit correctly, please contact us right away so we can help evaluate the fit. We’d appreciate photos of the horse wearing the mask (front and side mug shots) e-mailed to us at info@equinesunvisor.com, sharing your concerns. Together we’ll come up with a determination. We have a Measuring Guide and Sizing Chart here. We encourage everyone to use them, prior to ordering, if you feel your horse may not be a simple fit. After you measure your horse, if you still aren’t sure, then please e-mail the measurements to us and together we’ll decide on a size that will fit your horse the best. 

We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturing defects on stitching. We use quality materials, however due to the nature of horses, we cannot guarantee our products against tears, rubs or rips. Horses always win in a tug of war between them and fabric, which is what you want. If a product is determined to be defective we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace or refund the product. We apologize, but we do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us if you feel your product has a defect in manufacturing. Any non-defective authorized return (size issue) must be clean, and in sell-able condition. Please be courteous and clean any mask being sent back for repair, our machines don’t do well with horsey debris. If the mask is not clean, there will be a $25 cleaning charge. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if, after receiving the returned item, we find it’s condition different than what we were told (i.e. torn vs defective stitch). Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if item(s) are not defective.
